It's very short, and an easy read.
Mr. Metwally immigrated from Egypt and got a job as a hotel clerk. As the years passed, he worked his way up into management positions.
Along the way, he ran afoul of very dishonest people at all levels. Mr. Metwally would not join in on their deceits and found that his honesty paid off in the long run.
He did not write this book for those in the hotel business. He wrote it as an admonition to the reader to be honest in all things, and to show that it is truly better to do so than to lie, cheat, and steal as so many people do to make a quick buck.
But the general info contained in the book is useful enough in itself, even if the moral of the story is ignored.
