Savannah Dietrich

You've no doubt heard of it by now. 17 year old girl molested while passed out, pictures taken of the acts by the pervs, and shown around. Girl finds out, reports them, and the judge gives them no more than a slap on the wrist. Then tells the victim she is not allowed to talk about it. Victim tweets the attackers names, and faces contempt of court charges.

Kentucky Teen faces charges

Here is a blog showing pictures of the filthy little pervs. Also has links to a petition, and many other blogs that should have more info:

Will Frey and Austin Zehnder

Here is a facebook group you should join if you want to help.

HelpSavannahDietrich

I can't keep up with the situation in a timely manner. It seems this blogger can:

Craig Eisele on...

Here is some contact info, already in Craig's blog, but convenient here:

Judge Deana "Dee" McDonald Tel: 502-595-4690
Defense Attorneys ( Lawyers for the rapists) Chris Klein 502-589-6190 David Mejia 502-584-8991

As of this writing, it appears that the contempt charges have been dropped:

Dropped Charges?

I'm not so sure it's over though. Does Mejia speak for both parties? Might they be quietly preparing some kind of civil suit, perhaps some sort of defamation of character (defamation of lack of character would be more like it)? I smell a rat.

I suspect that the perv's images may be removed from the link I made to You can't keep doing that, so just in case, I repeat them here:

First, Will Frey:
And Austin Zehnder:
Creepy looking little shits aren't they?

If I were their parents, I would be so ashamed I could not go outside the house. I would be just staring at myself in the mirror wondering what kind of monster I am, to have raised such scum, such complete and utter scum. What did I teach them, or not teach them, that they could do something like this?

A parents love is unconditional. But having cretins like this for sons must truly strain that love.
Maybe there isn't really any parental love. At least that would give the little shits a human explanation.

The spiffy tag is for Savnnah!

Updates 8/12/2012:

Word is that the Pervy Boys fathers are alumni and contributors to Trinity High. Not yet verified. Wonder if THAT had anything to do with them getting off light eh?

Apparently, some of the Pervy Boys friends are sticking up for them. The slime runs deep in Louisville it seems. Be on the lookout for "Shea" and Trinity High lacrosse players Matthew Addison (#33) and Blake Burger (#9) - Blake Burger also plays for the Bluegrass Bats as number #29.
Here's a screen shot of some retweets:

Note that, sadly, there are a couple of females on the Pervy Boys side. Is that Stockholm Syndrome or what? Can you imagine how you would feel if you saw your daughters names on these tweets? Can you imagine what it would be like to know that your daughter defends pervs who strip and rape unconscious girls, take pictures of it, and show the pictures around? What are these girls up to? Where are THEIR parents?
This is but one example of the harassment being thrown at Savannah and her family by several members of the teams, and possibly others. I always though sports was supposed to help strengthen character. Not at Trinity High apparently. Perhaps not in Louisville at all.
Maybe this kind of thing goes on at all schools, and maybe all school sports teams would react the same way. And maybe all schools would cover it up and support the perverts.
Maybe your school(s).
Maybe your son.
Maybe your daughter.

At the date of this update, there is a petition to help stop the harassment. Please sign it.

savannah-dietrich-s-no-contact-order-is-sealed-and-disregarded

Apparently, there is someone calling himself  "Anthony Piers" spreading very malicious versions of the event, claiming that Savannah was in on it knowingly.
I have no info on this wreck of a humanoid, but will post as soon as I find out more.

20 August 2012

Awwwww, the poor poor wittle Pervy Boys. I hope the other slimeball is just as "ruined."

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/21/savannah-dietrich-sexual-assault_n_1819572.html

Oh, and a Mr. Mejia, defender of the pervy, Savannah never did claim that the Pervy Boys put a video of them ravishing her on the internet. You still haven't learned that ALL of this is out on the Net, right in front of God and everybody. Your lies and exaggerations will be caught quickly.

I'm afraid that I now have to question your integrity or your intelligence. Which is deficient eh?

1 September 2012

Things should have been different based on Kentucky law no?

"(1) A person is guilty of rape in the first degree when:
(b) He engages in sexual intercourse with another person who is incapable of consent because he:
1. Is physically helpless;

510.010 Definition for chapter
(7) "Sexual intercourse"... occurs upon any penetration, however slight."

So it WAS rape, per the laws of Kentucky. And the judge just let it on by.

Just for fun, another tweet from an all American boy:

Yesssirrrreee, keep that head up. No, no, not that one, the one with your brain in it. Oh, wait...

 Keep 'em on their toes.

There has been some news from the courts, but nothing big. I'll wait for that.

Go Savannah!

Blog Brett Kimberlin

So today is Blog About Brett Kimberlin day. I am almost a day late, and certainly a dollar short.

I myself have little to say, other than I am in no way surprised that a domestic terrorist and felon is heading a Soros funded organiztion, Justice Through Music. I am not going to disparage that organization, as I really don't know if it's being used for bad purpose, but since Soros is involved, I believe it must be up to no good.

To write intelligently about this guy Brett, I'd have to study up on his history a lot more. I've done just a bit, and found some common threads. I herein link to blogs and articles that purport to tell the truth about him, and I must say I've found little argument,

Basically, Brett was convicted as the infamous Speedway Bomber. He and some others claim that he was secretly exonerated and successfully sued the government. This is much in dispute. He is tied to several left leaning organizations, too much to go into, go Google it.

Here we have the Daily Kos, an organization that I expected would automatically leap to the defense of any darling of the left. But no, I instead find a thoughtful article. Good on ya Daily Kos, you just climbed a notch in my book with the article Is Brett Kimberlin Really an Exonerated, Ex-Political Prisoner?

Here is an article that explains a bit more about ol' Brett's blogger attacks. I wonder if he'll attack any of those I have linked to in the preceding paragraphs? "Thin skinned" doesn't begin to explain this guy does it?

Here's a fellow that, in a way, won a battle with Brett (lost officially) Patterico's Pontifications.

In closing, two things.
One, there is soooo much more info about Brett out there. There are sooo many more ties between him and Liberal organizations and even our wonderful government. It goes far and deep.
Two, you may ask "so what?" It's sad, but we have nothing here other than a criminal type playing with music and politics and attacking nasty right wingy conservative bloggers (evil people those right wingers, they should be attacked. I'm glad someone is standing up to those meany head, Obama hatin' slimeballs).
Or is it going further?

Got this in an email. It's racist and a bit cruel, but funny as hell.

Apologies for the small size.

Global Warming is Crap XI

Egads, I've been remiss in updating this one!

I could just skip over the past year or two's stuff that I had bookmarked, but I really did find most of it eye opening and I don't want to leave it out.

So, here I go, posting ancient news, which would have been timely if I had kept up with this properly.

First, Finnish scientists study climate change back several thousand years. Fascinating how they do it. They found that it has been warming up just a bit, but it's nothing compared to the swings over the last few thousand years!

Finnish finish Global Warming

A bit more of how complex this really is:

Global Warming on Hold?

THIS ONE IS VERY IMPORTANT:

Clean air regs may contribute to global warming

And another article on the same topic:

Go China!

This article doesn't dispute global warming, but it does show a bit of recalculating:

Study halves prediction of rising seas

Of course, the argument has been one sided on the government front. The behavior here is common for the Algorian order:

Dems keep out skeptic

A small group of skeptics to be sure:

Scientist meet to dispute global warming

There's more old links, but I don't want to overload one post. I'll have to put up one or two more to catch up.

You have been warned

Posted on behalf of a couple of very good friends. Copied from their text, I did not write it:

Watch your wallet if go to Greenwoods Restaurant in Bethel CT for dinner! We went to Greenwoods on Saturday night. Had a great meal - food was excellent. At the end of the night we hand our debit card to the waiter. He comes back and says it won't go through. No big deal figure its a computer problem - we hand him our Amex, he brings the slip, we sign and leave. No big deal. Until I notice today that we were billed TWICE! Both on the original debit card that allegedly didn't work and on the Amex. I stop by the restaurant today to talk to someone about refunding one of the charges to the card. (dinner wasn't good enough that I want to pay for it twice)

Stop in today - Monday - President's Day - at 3 in the afternoon - the joint's not exactly jumping. I get to talk to the owner. I figure great: the owner will certainly want to clear this up - the customer's always right, right?. Couldn't be more wrong. She couldn't care less. I'm interrupting her day. Complete attitude. Her only comment is that their machine allegedly wasn't working that night, that it happened to a lot of people and she can't do anything until after I dispute the charge with my debit card company.

She has no other suggestion or offer to resolve it any other way. Just dispute it with your credit card company. When I had the audacity to complain that the problem was created by her restaurant and that I shouldn't have to go through that hastle of disputing it with my bank (which I can't do today anyway since its a holiday) she actually tells me there is nothing she can (or is willing) to do and she can't (won't?) refund to either the debit or the Amex. She of course has no answer when I ask her if she would have just gotten paid twice if I hadn't caught the double charge - my guess is that I would have paid twice and she would have hung on to the extra $60.

The capper: she actually tells me she's too busy to talk to me about the problem created by her restaurant and walks away. Classy - smart way to do business.

The people I really feel sorry for are the employees and chef (who actualy came out to check and see if dinner was good). Can't imagine they will be there long if that is how the owner runs her business.

Comcast Extortion Racket

Currently, we have the Digital Starter level. As of this writing, this costs us about $77 dollars per month.
We don't need many of the channels on it. We especially don't need ESPN and it is one of, if not the most, expensive channel set in the lineup. So I went looking for a lower priced lineup.
Ta-Da! Digital Economy would be the answer. It has all but two of the channels we want, Speed and Syfy, and we can view those over the internet. Easily cuts $30 off our bill per month.
Well, it would, except that the dta's don't work with it. So it's a no-go on Digital Economy.

Now you're probably saying, "why not just drop cable altogether and watch over the internet?" Sure, Hulu, Netflix, etc.
Well, we would, except we live with my father, who is 84 years old. No way is he ever going to deal with a computer. Not happening.
Comcast is better than some companies in that it gives us one DVR and two dta's free. We have a third dta rented for about $3 per month.
In order for dad to keep watching, we are stuck with our current $77 a month bill.

We could just rent a cable box for him, but that's about $9 per month, so eats into the savings. Not worth it.

This is extortion, plain and simple. Absolute criminal behavior. We CANNOT go to a lower level of service without losing the dta's, so we don't. Precisely as Comcast intends.

I have looked into buying a box, and I fear that Comcast won't activate it. We are forced into renting from them. A second layer of extortion.

AT&T Uverse appears to be no better. We need a box on each TV, and only one is free. In point of fact, from a money saving standpoint, they are worse than Comcast. Another band of merry highwaymen.

Forget Verizon, not available here. Having Verizon for cell phone, I can tell you that they are the spiritual children of Al Capone, so I doubt they'd be of help either.

I am just now reading up on something called a roku, but so far, all I've read is hype.

Basically, I'd like to set my father up with just those few channels that he watches, so that he wouldn't even get confused. Then we can drop to the Digital Economy, have it on one TV, and use the internet for the rest.

If that Roku works for what I want, I'll be mentioning it here, and probably often.

If not, I'll just keep wishing for some content delivery company to save me from Comcast.
